Taking note of growing anger in the employees on the issue of Assured Career Progression (ACP) and Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP), the department of finance has moved into action. In a letter directed to all head of departments (HoD), the additional secretary, Arunendra Singh Chauhan has said that they should provide the details of the employees who have not received the benefit of ACP during their service period.
He has directed that the information in desired format should be provided within 15 working days. According to the provisions of ACP, an employee gets a higher salary grade on completion of 10, 20 and 30 years of service.
