The complainant stated that Shivom had conducted written tests and interview and provided them with joining letters. According to him, that they were duped of the money was made clear when the ONGC officer they approached with the joining letters said they were forged.
Interestingly, both the written tests and interviews were held within the ONGC campus here and also in Delhi and the forged appointment letters were given to them from with the ONGC campus, as per the complaint lodged with the police.
