Harak Singh Rawat, the Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal on Friday told media persons that he had witnessed Singh shooting from his gun at the event. "I saw him shooting and cannot lie about the incident. All I can say is that the incident was very unfortunate and should not have occurred," he said. When asked about what action he could direct on the issue he said, "I cannot do anything in this matter as it is up to the Government to act on this. You should ask the Government about what it plans to do in this case," he said.
