Actor Soha Ali Khan was in Dehradun to attend a programme organised by GTM Builders and Promoters Pvt ltd to commemorate the construction of the tower structure of the GTM Forest and Hills project on Haridwar Road.
The actress viewed the project work and appreciated the builders for the work. GTM group CMD Tushar Kumar said that earlier on March 20, a draw was organised and the builders promised to complete construction of the flats in 2.6 years.
The group has not only completed construction of the tower structure in 100 days but has also promised to hand over possession of the flats to owners a year before the stipulated time. GTM Forest and Hills at Mohkampur on NH-72 in Dehradun is aimed at the customers who want to stand out from the rest of the crowd.
According to the builders, it is the only project in Dehradun with distinctive conveniences like a sewage treatment plant apart from fire fighting system, dual electric meter and round the clock supply of electricity and water. The company has existing projects in Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Haryana with plans for projects in Jharkhand, New Delhi and Punjab.and Hills project
