A social organisation launched a signature campaign seeking prohibition on pornography. launching the campaign at the Gandhi Park here on Sunday, members of Organisation for Human Rights and Environment (OHRE) opined that incidents of rape had increased in recent times. Citing the recent case of alleged rape of a minor by minors in Sahaspur, they sought strict action for banning pornographic content on the internet.
The campaigners said that similar signature campaigns will be held in other states after which 500 metre long signed memo will be submitted to the Prime Minister.
