The last date for submission of application forms under the Gauradevi Kanyadhan Yojana has been fixed as September 30, 2013.
Therefore, all eligible girl candidates who have passed 12th standard in 2013-2014 have also been advised to submit their application forms on time.
The eligible girl candidates to avail the Gauradevi Kanyadhan Yojana may submit their application forms to the respective social welfare department offices till September 30, 2013.
All the eligible girl candidates who have passed 12 standard in 2013-2014, should
submit their names to the office concerned till September 30 so that they could be covered under this Gauradevi Kanyadhan Yojana, said Saroj Rana, District Social Officer, Nainital, adding the last date for submission of the application forms in this regard has been fixed September 30 by the Government.
At the same time under the widow pension scheme, Rana also informed, in case son of a widow (who has attained the age of maturity) is unemployed, his mother would be entitled to avail widow pension.
In this case the beneficiary will have to submit a certificate from the Village Development Officer, said the official concerned.
