In order to create awareness about the various techniques used for imparting effective education system, School Education and Administrative System (SEAS) is going to organise a national level seminar on September 15.

Addressing the media persons here on Wednesday, the director SEAS Reena Tyagi said, “Parents and teachers these days say that the children are not studying properly as they are not progressing as much as they should.

But we have to probe why things are so. There are multiple factors behind it.

They must have problems of their own. According to a research done by me, out of five, three students are under this category. Some children are found to be slow readers, slow writers or slow learners.

These problems, however, can be easily resolved if proper guidance and counselling are given to the students.” She further said, “We are keeping the event open to all so that everyone can get information about the new system which a classroom can adopt.  It is an imperative that the people are enlightened about the new techniques which make studying and learning much easier for the children.

We are trying to create an environment under which the students can grow into their full potential.  Besides, we are focused on the education system for the children with the special needs so as to ensure they also get a quality education.”

Among those who are expected to be present at the seminar include the former Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’,  primary education and Sports Minister Arvind Pandey, Minister of  state for higher education Dhan Singh Rawat and director general of school education Capt Alok Shekhar Tiwari.
