Providing relief to thousands of teachers posted in the primary schools of the State funded by the budget of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), who had not received salaries for the last few months, the State Government released a sum of Rs 150 crore on Wednesday.
The Director General (DG) of school education, D Senthil Pandian said that with the release of budget the problem of pending salaries of teachers posted in the schools of SSA would be solved.
