Roads closed for vehicular movement

Following heavy rainfall being reported in the State for the last three days, some roads in various districts are closed for vehicular movement. A report received from State disaster control room, Rishikesh-Kedarnath National Highway has been opened till Sonprayag. Rishikesh – Badrinath National Highway has been opened till Badrinath for vehicular movement. In Bageshwar district, motor roads of seven villages and one important district motor road are closed.

In Champawat district, motor roads of five villages and one important district motor road are closed. In Dehradun district, motor roads of eight villages are also closed. Following landslide at Papri, Bhujan-Betalghat-Gajiya motor road is closed in Nainital district. In Pauri Garhwal, 34 village motor roads are closed. In Tehri district, seven village motor roads are closed.
