The process of registration for admission in under graduate classes in DAV PG college here has started. The Principal of the college Dr Devendra Bhasin said that the students seeking admission in UG courses like Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science ( B.Sc.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B Com)can register both by online and offline means. He informed that for offline application the students should purchase a merit OMR form from the office. The fee of OMR form is kept only Rs 10.
For online registration the applicant should register on official website of college www.davpgcollege.in and the college has kept no fee for it.
The last date of registration is July 08. The Principal informed that academic session in the university would start on July 11 and last date of online form submission is August 01 and the college would strictly adhere to it. Dr Bhasin made it clear that all the students should submit their AADHAR number at the time of taking admission so the students who don’t have AADHAR should get it. This number is also required for all types of scholarships.
In an important development an understanding between student union President, general secretary, representatives of different student organisations and college administration on not pasting posters inside college and on main gate of the college was reached.
Efforts would be taken to prevent pasting of posters on the boundary wall of the college.
