Reebok India announced the launch of its first “Fit Hub” concept store in Dehradun on Friday.

The new retail concept aims to inspire consumers to move, train and get fit. Based on the ‘Fit Hub’ concept, Reebok plans to open three more stores across Uttarakhand by July this year. Speaking at the launch the head of Brand Communications and Marketing at Reebok India, Kanika Mittal said, “As one of the leading fitness brands in the country, it has been our endeavor to spread the message of fitness and to encourage consumers to adopt the philosophy of ‘Fit for life’.

“We are delighted to bring the city of Dehradun its first ‘Fit Hub’ concept store, and I am personally very proud to come back to my hometown with this store”, she said. The Fit Hub concept draws on Reebok’s legacy of fitness, focuses the retail space on activity and community, and tells clear, inspiring stories about fitness and personal potential. Each store is designed to give a look and feel of a gym with fixtures that replicate gym equipment such as pull up grids, genuine gym flooring and jump boxes as seating, providing customers a complete fitness experience from the moment they enter the store.

All Reebok Fit Hub stores will have certified fitness instructors during peak seasons to assist customers and provide insights for choosing the right gear as per their fitness regime. In addition to this they will have large format stores with clearly demarcated merchandise sections for different fitness activities such as training, running, and aerobics, dance and yoga.
