The regional employment exchange department, Almora, in association with the Centre for technical excellence affiliated to the Uttarakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani, is going to organise a recruitment fair at Naugaon, Kakarighat (Almora), on Wednesday.
Interested candidates who are enrolled with the regional employment exchange department, Almora, can apply to take part in this recruitment fair, said the officials
concerned of the regional employment exchange department, Almora. The candidates with educational qualification-high school or intermediate in any stream i.e. art, science or commerce, may try their luck in this recruitment drive, said lS Bisht, Regional Employment Exchange Officer, Almora. And, he added, the age of the candidates should be between 18 years and 25 years, to appear in this recruitment programme, he added. The interested candidates with the necessary documents may approach the officials concerned in Almora to get more detail about their participation in this recruitment fair.
After their selection in this recruitment fair, the eligible candidate will have to do a
theory course, the official concerned further said.
Subsequently, after completing their
theory course, the candidates will get practical training in companies including automobile giants i.e. Ashok leyland, TVS, Tata Autocom to name a few, Bisht further said.
During their practical training in the said automobile companies, them candidates will be given Rs5,000 as monthly stipend, added the official concerned. It is worth mention here the regional employment exchange department, Almora, with the help of the UOU has been conducting such recruitment drives for quite some time.
More so, such training courses which are being provided by the regional employment exchange department, Almora, with the
education institutions like the Centre of technical excellence affiliated to the UOU, have come in handy for the educated but unemployed youths to apply for jobs in companies.
