On this occasion, CM Rawat also felicitated the mother of Mahavir Chandra winner Jaswant Singh on Saturday. He feels proud on soldiers, who sacrifice their lives while protecting the nation. We always pay respect to the valiant soldiers sacrifice. The State Government is running several welfare schemes for the soldiers, ex servicemen, paramilitary and police and their dependents. We also consider the request of Ex-servicemen representative time to time and will continue our work for their welfare as much as possible. He reiterated that the State Government will make policy for their welfare with great dedication.
On this occasion Sainik Kalyan Minister Harak Singh Rawat, MlA Umesh Sharma, Ganesh Joshi, Mayor vinod Chamoli, Ex-Minister TPS Rawat, Secretary MH Khan and other dignitaries were also present there.
