Reacting to statements made by chief minister’s media -in-charge Surendra Kumar, former State BJP spokesman Prakash Suman Dhyani alleged that Chief Minister Harish Rawat seems frustrated, which is the reason that he has deployed his subordinate to target the ex-CM and Garhwal MP Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri.
He further went on to allege that as Chief Minister has realised that Khanduri has a stronger political personality, which is the reason that he has been making such allegations against him.
He further asked that in which capacity was the tea-estate land being acquired when the CM had said that the State Government is not competent to execute the smart city project.
