A statement by yoga guru Baba Ramdev on his heirship has created buzz on the social media since the morning on Friday. His tweeted that heir of Patanjali would not be a businessman, something his followers are discussing among themselves. However the second in command of Patanjali Yog Peeth Acharya Balkrishna says there is nothing “new or shocking” in it.
Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev has tweeted on twitter @yogrishiramdev account that heir of Patanjali would not be a businessman but these sannyasi men and women alone would inherit the legacy. When asked Acharya Bal Krishna told The Pioneer, “There is nothing new in it. Patanjali Yog Peeth is a socio-spiritual organisation and is following the principles and traditions of socialism, spirituality and lineage of ascetics. The honour of this organisation would grow following such traditions only.”
Notably, Acharya Balkrishna who is the Gurukul associate of Yoga guru Ramdev has recently entered India’s richest 100 clubs with property worth 2.5 billion US dollars. The brother of yoga guru Rambharat is handling portfolio of heading the Patanjali centres across the country.
