The Potable Water Minister Mantri Prasad Naithani has asked the officers of Jal Sansthan to publish the entire process of online payment of bills in the newspapers. The Minister while taking the review of activities of department said that branch wise detail of complaints lodged in call centre should be provided to him. The minister said that the issue of seniority of officers should be resolved and directed that the DPC should be completed in a week’s time. He ordered setting up of division of department in Purola and Rishikesh. He said that 10 hand pumps in each block should be installed under solar pumping project. Naithani said the damaged drinking water projects during disaster should be made operational soon. Senior officers of the department were present during the meeting which was held at Vidhan Sabha.
