Various problems on way to implement various schemes related to increase production of silk would find immediate solution since Uttarakhand Silk Department would have its say in the Central Silk Board (CSB) after appointment of Silk department's director as a member of the CSB.
Director Sudhir Mohan Sharma said, "Now we would be able to implement various schemes related to promotion of silk production at a fast rate as we would have a say in the CSB for its support. The department would also apprise the CSB officials with various problems and would try to find out the solution with the help of expert at the CSB."
