A delegation of association of principals of the Government aided schools of Uttarakhand met the Education Minister Arvind Pandey on Wednesday and expressed resentment on some issues. The delegation led by its state President requested the minister to remove the anomaly in their promotions. The delegation said that a headmaster promoted to the post of Principal had to work on downgraded scales for a period of five years during which many of them retire without getting the pay benefit .
