In a shocking case of sexual molestation of a 17 year old girl in Government Intermediate College- Majri Mafi, Jogiwala the acting principal of the school has been arrested and sent to jail. The action was taken on complaint filed by the mother of victim under section 354 IPC and 9/10 POCSO Act.
Senior Sub Inspector (SSI) of Nehru Colony police station, Rakesh Shah said, “The accused Narendra Bisht has been arrested and sent to jail. The victim’s medical procedure will be done on Saturday.”
According to the complaint filed by victim’s mother, on May 22 the acting principal of the school molested her daughter in his office. Prima facie after taking statements from the victim and her friends, the allegations were found correct, on the basis of which the accused was arrested.
