As per the Raj Bhawan communiqué President Pranab Mukheerjee would arrive at Jolly Grant by1.30 pm on Monday.
Thereafter, he would be brought to GTC helipad, Dehradun from Jollygrant airport at 1.45 pm.
At 2pm the Governor would welcome the President at Raj Bhawan and later he would have lunch. At 3.45 pm President would go to Vidhan Sabha and would reach by 3.55 pm. He would stay in Vidhan Sabha between 3.55 pm to 5.15 pm.
In his honour Raj Bhawan has organised Reception and cultural evening as well. In between 6.15 pm to 7 pm he would meet with invited guests. In between 7 pm to 7.30 pm he would enjoy cultural evening at Raj Bhawan auditorium.
During cultural evening the President would be showcased about the culture of the State.
On May 19 President would plant a tree within the Raj Bhawan campus and later he would depart for Jolly Grant airport from GTC helipad by 11 am.
There he would be send off by Governor and Chief Minister along with few Cabinet Ministers.
