The managers of ABVP were planning for the rally for about a month to make it a big success but the presence of some school children raised question marks over the tactics employed by its organisers to show crowd at the rally. Many school children were seen attending the rally in their school uniforms. The police erected barricades on Cantt road in Hathibarkala which was near one of a prominent school of the city. The timing of the rally coincided with the closing time of the school due to many parents and school kids faced inconveniences.
