Keeping in view of Urs Mela, which will begin by January 3 and will conclude on January 18, Haridwar Additional District Magistrate (ADM) JS Naganyal convened a meeting with official concerned in Haridwar on Saturday. In which ADM Naganyal has categorically instructed them especially medical and Municipal Corporation officials to complete the preparation work by January 2. He also asked them to do treatment of garbage by sprinkling of bleaching power and build temporary toilet with electrical connection. PWD officials were asked to repair the road by filling potholes and Jal Nigam was asked to make sure installation of 31 hand pumps in and around the venue. You also install CCTV camera as part of security measures.
