Due to bad weather condition and moderate to heavy rainfall expected the next week, the President of India Pranab Mukherjee’s planned visit to Dehradun on July 15 has been cancelled, a State government official said on Friday.
According to him, the President was supposed to attend a convocation ceremony of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Bidhauli, in Dehradun on July 15.
