Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand limited (PTCUl) having earlier presented before the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission 2/25 MVA capacity 220/33 KV GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) Power sub-centre, Baram (Jauljivi) and investment approval on construction of eight kilometre 220 KV line, the Commission has approved the above PTCUl’s proposal on Tuesday to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the consumers of Kumaon region.
PTCUl had sent the proposal on above projects, seeking an expenditure of Rs 142 crore, something that the Commission has also approved.
