Continuing with the efforts for increasing the awareness among masses about the importance of saving oil and gas, an exhibition on fuel efficient and energy saving appliances/equipment and a free pollution check-up camp for the vehicles is being organised at KDMIPE Complex, ONGC, Dehradun.
Chief Guest, V Bannerjee, GGM-Support Manager, KDMIPE, ONGC inaugurated the exhibition and keenly enquired about the various energy saving products on Thursday. Bannerjee emphasised on conserving oil & gas & its judicious utilisation. He urged everyone to maintain their vehicle in good condition in order to avoid fuel wastage and pollution also. Renewable energy van of UREDA has been the main attraction for visitors in the Camp. Earlier, Mr. R K Bahuguna, DGM(E)- Incharge Corporate Energy Cell in his welcome address briefed the gathering about the importance of the OGCF and the various activities planned during the fortnight.
