Panelnagar Bazar police post in-charge Aman Chadha, who allegedly manhandled a security guard named Chandra Mohan Negi deputed at BSNl office, was suspended on Saturday. However, a senior police officer said that Chadha was suspended in another case reported in Patelnagar in the past.
Meanwhile, irked over this issue, dozens of BSNl employees staged protest in Patelnagar police station and demanded action against guilty policeman. Dispute occurred over parking of vehicle at lalpul, Patelnagar. Senior police officers rushed to the spot and resolved the issue after establishing communication with senior BSNl officials. CO City Manoj Kumar Katyal said that both have submitted a complaint and FIR will be lodged in the police station. The medical of both the complainants will be done, he added.
