BJP MP from Haridwar Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank raised the Roorkee blast case during the Zero Hour in the lok Sabha on Monday. Expressing concern over the blast, he said the incident had happened near the place where the VHP was staging a programme, commemorating the Babri Masjid demolition. Reiterating his party's demand for a high-level probe into the blast, he said the Government should provide assistance to the family of the deceased.
