The Punjab National Bank field general manager MK Pangtey inaugurated the bank’s first e-lobby of Dehradun circle at Rajpur Road in the State capital on Thursday. The bank has provided cash deposit machine, cheque deposit machine, ATM, self-pass book printer and fund transfer facility through internet banking at this e-lobby. The customers can access these facilities 24 hours 365 days of the year at this e-lobby.
Speaking on the occasion Pangtey said that at the e-lobby customers will be able to do all their important basic banking jobs at any time through these machines. PNB has also started the concept of PNB Pragati at nine branches in Dehradun circle for the convenience of customers and to provide quick customer service.
These branches include Astley Hall, Indira Nagar, Yamuna Colony, Nari Shilp Mandir, Ajabpur, Karanpur, Clock Tower, Kaulagarh Road and lJ Road Rishikesh. In these branches, there is a self- customer service area provided with cash deposit machine, cheque deposit machine, ATM and self pass book printer.
Dehradun circle head Ashok Aneja briefly described the door-step banking and mobile banking services being provided by the bank. AGMs VK Mahajan, SK Bajaj, branch managers of Dehradun and bank customers were also present on the occasion.
