A government official said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would leave Delhi for Uttarakhand at around 11.20 am and is expected to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun at around 11.50 am by a special IAF aircraft.
From there, he would arrive at GTC helipad by an IAF helicopter and then he would reach Parade Ground by road via the Governor’s House, Cantt Road, Rajpur Road and EC Road. After he unveils the foundation stone of the all-weather road and addresses a public rally, PM would leave the ground for GTC helipad at around 2 pm on way to Jolly Grant Airport from where he would fly back to Delhi on a IAF special aircraft at around 2.30, the official added.
