Though the Char Dham Yatra has been hampered by inclement weather, 320 pilgrims were registered by Tuesday evening for visiting Gangotri, Yamunotri and Badrinath shrines, whereas the registration of pilgrims for Kedarnath had been stopped on Monday due to the pilgrimage to this shrine being halted due to inclement weather.
