With the help of intelligence input, the vigilance department would soon start a campaign against persons who are having assets disproportionate to their known sources of income, State Additional Director General of Police (Vigilance) Ashok Kumar said on Thursday. ADGP Kumar has been holding the posts of head of intelligence and vigilance directorate at the same time.
The department officials have been deployed to collect information related to the same and after collecting list of such persons and conducting through investigation, the department would take action against them. One may personally or otherwise inform the department regarding the same, he added.
