To mitigate the effect of model code of conduct due to upcoming three-tier panchayat election, the Harish Rawat Government is going to laid foundation stone for more than 1,000 projects in all 13 districts of the State on February 9. As per the sources, Cabinet Minister in charge will unveil projects in their repective districts.
