In a bid to target the migrant voters especially Bihar and purvanchal, the State Government has declared November 7 as gazetted holiday on Wednesday. AS we know since incpetion of Harish Rawat Government in Uttarakhand he had introduced Chhatth as restricted holiday but now it has announced as gazetted holiday.
