No nomination has been filed on the fourth day of the nomination filing process for the Tharali Assembly by-election on Monday. The returning officer who is also the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Parmanand Ram said that three candidates have collected the nomination papers on Monday. They are the probable BJP candidate Munni Devi Shah, the Congress candidate Prof Jeet Ram and the CPI candidate Kunwar Ram, he said, adding that the nomination can be filed till May 10.
