BJP managed to pull 30,000 crowd for the rally, but the dais arrangement meant that the party brass had not cared much about the right seating arrangement. The newly inducted dissident Congress leaders had been given a raw deal as far as the dais management is concerned with the exception of the former Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna.
Bahuguna got a seat on the dais where the star attraction of the rally Amit Shah was sitting on Harak Singh Rawat who had brought Harish Rawat Government into trouble, was not offered a seat on the main dais. However, Bahuguna pulled him into the dais later.
