Sridhar Patra has taken over the charge of Director (Finance) of THDC India limited (THDCIl) in a ceremony held at THDC campus in Dehradun on Friday.
Having experience of around 27 years, Patra has rendered his valuable services in various Public Sector Undertakings (PSU's) which include Odisha Mining Corporation limited (Completely Owned by Government of Odisha), Indian Rare Earths limited, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India and Manglore Refinery & Petrochemicals limited (MRPl), a subsidiary of ONGC limited, in various capacities.
Patra is labeled as hardworking and sincere professional and due to his extraordinary services, he got accelerated promotions for sincere activities in different PSUs. Patra is born on 12th October 1964 and graduated from prestigious Utkal University with First Class Honours and Distinction with 4th position and passed CA.
It is noteworthy that the THDC India limited, a joint venture of Government of India and UP is one of the premier PSU engaged in power generation and commissioning of Power Projects and is bestowed with 'Mini Ratna-Category-I & Schedule 'A' Status.
