The Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mohammad Shahid, has been given additional charge of Secretary Public Grievances Department; Additional Secretary Shailesh Bagoli has been relieved from Tourism Development Council (TDC), Sports and Youth Welfare Director and Additional Chief Executive Officer of TDC and appointed as Secretary in-charge of general administration, culture, sports, youth welfare, rural engineering service and director youth welfare and sports.
Haridwar DM Dr Senthil Pandian has been transferred and given charge of secretary in-charge Primary Education, DG Secondary Education, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA); Additonal secretary urban development, DG school education, state project director SSA, Director SUDA, director ADB projects. State project director RMSA Radhika Jha has been transferred as secretary in-charge foreign aided projects, Central sponsored schemes and resident commissioner, New Delhi. Additional secretary Revenue, Science & Technology, Hilly village land consolidation, registrar cooperative, member legal and secretary revenue council and convenor land consolidation Vijay Kumar Dhondiyal has been transferred as Secretary in-charge cooperative, member legal, secretary revenue council and covernor land consolidation.
Additional secretary dairy and dairy development, animal husbandry, sheep and goat farming and fodder & fodder development Damyanti Dohre has been promoted as secretary in-charge. Additional secretary housing, minor irrigation, rain water harvesting, additional commission housing and director employment V Shanmugam has been relieved from minor irrigation, rain water harvesting and director employment and given charge of urban development, director local bodies, director SUDA and project director ADB project.
Director renewable energy (UREDA) and additional commissioner tax Ashish Joshi has been given additional charge of tourism, pilgrimage management and religious fair, additional chief executive officer TDC. Additional secretary agriculture, water reservoir and director administration and technical, state project manager group (SPMG) Savin Bansal has been given additional charge of additional secretary minor irrigation, rain water harvesting and director employment.
Besides, additional secretary Dilip Jawalkar has been given charge of excise because excise commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey is on leave and Secretary RK Sudhanshu has been given charge of PWD with the secretary Amit Singh Negi being on leave.
