Durgapal said that efforts to increase milk production in the districts lagging behind in it should be made.

In these training centres the local resource persons appointed by committees collect data like  weight, type of fodder, quantity of milk and advise the cattle owners on the nutrient rich fodder for the animal.

The officers also informed the minister that the department has achieved the target of milk production last year and efforts are being made to increase the production so the higher production target this year is achieved.
