The Nainital District Cooperative Bank (NDCB), Haldwani, has opened its 29th branch at Haldwani block’s Kathghariya area. Chairman of the NDCB, Rajendra Singh Negi, inaugurated the core banking facility equipped branch of the said cooperative bank. The basic purpose of opening of this branch is to provide better and prompt banking services to the people of the Kathghariya and adjacent areas, said Negi after inaugurating the said branch of the NDCB at Kathghariya.
Hopefully, people will definitely make the most of these banking services, he added. As many as 125 accounts were opened and Rs 69 lakh were deposited on the inaugural day of this branch of the NDCB, said the officials concerned of the NDCB. Among others General Manager of the NDCB, C K Kamal, Branch Manager, Diwan Singh Bisht and other officials of the bank were also present on this occasion.
