Members of the Nainital Bank Employees Association (NBEA) expressed their views and concerns regarding merger of the bank with the Bank of Baroda. At the general meeting of the NBEA held here on the weekend, members expressed concerns about their future. They were assured that their concerns would be raised with the top leaders of NCBE.
All efforts will be made for merger of Nainital Bank with the Bank of Baroda. Office bearers said that welcoming the recommendations of the parliamentary committee, the organisation supports the merger for securing the future of customers and employees. On the other hand, the Bank of Baroda Employees Union has also welcomed the NBEA initiative and appreciated the step taken for merger of the two banks.
