People particularly those who are facing long pending cases related to road accidents, family matters, consumer affairs, revenue, transport, commercial tax to name a few, may get them solved on the spot as the district legal service authority (DlSA), Nainital is going to organise a National lok Adalat in association with the State legal service authority in all district courts in Nainital on November 23 following the direction of the national legal service authority.
The main objective of organising this national lok adalat is to solve long pending cases related to road accidents, family matters, consumer affairs , revenue, transport, stamp, commercial tax, bank, to name a few through mutual understanding and agreement in all district courts, tehsils, revenue courts, labour courts to name a few, said the officials concerned of the DlSA, Nainital
All those who wish to get their matters solved in this national lok adalat, they may submit their applications to the respective courts on time so that these matters could be taken up for hearing in the national lok adalat on November 23, added the officials concerned.
Therefore, people including the litigants have been advised to participate in this national lok adalat in maximum number to get their long pending matters solved through mutual understanding and agreement, further say the officials of the DlSA, Nainital.
