Motorists have been advised by the Nainital district administration not to ply vehicles on the Kilbury – Birla Chungi Road in the lake city Nainital till January 18, 2014, as the same road from Kilbury to Birla Chungi would remain closed for vehicular traffic due to some repair works from Friday, January 03, 2014 to January 18, 2014.
However, as the officials concerned have informed, as an alternative arrangement, the motorists may follow the Middle Cheena Road to reach their destinations.
In a bid to carry out road repair works in a smooth manner and to ensure its timely completion, the vehicular traffic on this road stretch from Kilbury to Birla Chungi has been banned till January 18, added the officials concerned of the Nainital district administration.
