The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat visited Darbar Sahib and met Mahant Devendra Dass in Dehradun on Monday. The RSS chief is reported to have had detailed discussions with the Mahant on the various activities of Shri Guru Ram Rai trust. According to the Darbar Sahib officials, Bhagwat appreciated the welfare works and health care services being provided by SGRR Education Mission and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital which are within the reach of the common man. He also assured that the RSS will continue to support all the philanthropic, religious and welfare activities of Darbar Sahib in the future. Bhagwat also ate food from the langar (common kitchen) in the afternoon at Darbar Sahib.
