Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate rain/thunderstorm at many places in the state on Friday. Rather heavy rainfall may occur at isolated places especially in foothill districts of Uttarakhand. However, it was hot and humid in Dehradun on Thursday. The maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded 32.3°C and 23.9°C respectively on Thursday.
Director of State Meteorological Centre, Anand Sharma said that cloudy sky would generally prevail on Friday with possibility of light rain occurring in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be hovering around 31 degree Celsius and 23 degree Celsius respectively on Friday.
