An overhead water tank and tube well at Ambedkar ground here was inaugurated by Rajpur Road MlA and Parliamentary Secretary Rajkumar on Sunday. These drinking water facilities would provide succour to the residents of Dl Road and neighbouring areas.
Speaking on the occasion Rajkumar said that the project worth Rs2.35 crores got completed in less than two years. He claimed that more than 25000 people would get benefited by the project and the residents of ward no 09 would not have any problem in supply of drinking water. The MlA said that apart from tube well water from Mausi fall would also be supplied in the area by the ADB.
