Dehradun and Uttarkashi districts felt tremor at 12.44 am and 4.11 am on Wednesday following mild earthquake measuring 3.9 and 3.4 on Richer scale, respectively. The epicentre of both the quakes was an area along Dehradun-Uttarkshi border.
There was no immediate report of casualty or damage to property. The people were, however, rattled by the temblors. Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre director Bikram Singh said that the intensify of both the earthquakes was mild.
