Gusty winds are likely to blow in the plains in Uttarakhand on Wednesday. The Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast dry weather in the State on Wednesday. However, due to western disturbances, very light to light rain/thunder shower has been forecast at isolated places in Uttarakhand on April 16. Meanwhile, following the approach of the North West winds, the maximum temp in the plains and the mountainous parts of Uttarakhand are expected to hover around 33 degree Celsius and 25 degree respectively in the coming few days. The meteorological centre director Bikram Singh said that weather forecast in Dehradun on Wednesday is clear sky. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33ºC and 15ºC, respectively in Dehradun on Wednesday, he added.
