A one day workshop on CNC programming was organised by the mechanical engineering department of Himalayan School of Engineering and Technology (HSET) recently.
Assistant Professor, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Department, Sandeep Kumar delivered two lectures on CNC Programming for CNC lathe and CNC Milling Machines. The lectures were followed by practical demonstration on these techniques.
The Head of Department (HOD) of mechanical engineering, Dr H S Payal said that in future such type of workshops will be conducted by the Department in different areas. He also emphasized how CNC programming is useful in manufacturing industries.
Students from various institutes and colleges of Uttrakhand and HSET participated in workshop and got informed about CNC Programming.
