In a major administrative reshuffle, Additional Chief Secretary Ranvir Singh has been relieved from agriculture and agriculture marketing, horticulture and food processing while secretary Amit Singh Negi has been relieved from Sugarcane and Sugar Industry. Secretary Dilip Jawalkar has been appointed as Sugarcane and Sugar Industry’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Garhwal Commissioner aside from being given the charge of Smart city, Dehradun. Secretary Harbans Singh Chugh has been given additional charge of protocol, sports and youth welfare while Secretary General Administration Vijay Kumar Dhondiyal has been given additional charge of Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation. Secretary to Governor Ravinath Raman has been given additional charge of Social Welfare, Home and Jail.
Haridwar DM Deepak Rawat has been relieved from the post of vice- chairman Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) while the Additional Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman has been relieved from Disaster Management and given charge of Director Urban Development. Additional Secretary Savin Bansal, who was recently transferred to the secretariat, has been given additional charge of Disaster Management, Project Director, foreign aided project (UIAPU and DRP-II) and Additional Chief Administrator Uttarakhand Housing & City Development Authority. Haridwar chief Development Authority Nitin Singh Bhadauria has been given additional charge of HRDA and Chief City Commissioner Haridwar.
Additional Secretary Rural Development and Commissioner Rural Development Tulsi Ram has been given additional charge of Cooperative, Additional Secretary Revenue, Dairy Development and Women Dairy while the Registrar Bal Mayank Mishra has been given additional charge of Animal Husbandry and Fishery. Additional Secretary Anand Swaroop has been relieved from Cooperative, Animal Husbandry and Fishery and Director dairy Development and Women Dairy and given charge of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar. Secretary HRDA & PCS Banshidhar Tiwari has been relieved from PCS while Additional Commissioner Kumaon Sanjay Kumar has been given additional charge of Director Dairy Development and Women Dairy Nainital.
Executive Director Sugar Mill Kichha Udhamsinghnagar and Chief City Commissioner Rudrapur Deepti Singh has been relieved while Chief City Commissioner Haridwar and Roorkee Ashok Pandey has been relieved. The City Magistrate Haridwar Jai Bharat Singh has been transferred as Chief City Commissioner Rudrapur.
