In an administrative reshuffle made on Friday, additional secretary Rural Development (RD) Chandraesh Kumar Yadav has been transferred as Director National Health Mission (NHM) and project director of Uttarakhand health system development project while CEO Pradhan mantra gram sadak yojna (PMGSY), home, personnel, forest and environment BS Manral has been relieved from PMGSY.
While Additional Secretary Higher Education and Director Swajal, Dr Raghav langer has been given additional charge of CEO PMGSY, NHM Mission Director and PD Uttarakhand health system development project (UHSDP) the joint chief electoral officer Uttarakand Nitin Bhadauria has been relieved from NHM and UHSDP.
Joint magistrate Dehradun Vineet Kumar has been transferred as CDO Uttarkashi while secretary Uttarakhand PCS Ramvilas Yadav has been transferred as additional secretary RD. CDO Dehradun and joint chief administrator UHUDA Banshidhar Tiwari has been transferred as secretary public service commission, Uttarakand Haridwar and secretary Hariwar Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) while chief development officer Udai Singh Rana has been transferred as joint secretary PCS, Haridwar.
Secretary HRDA Arvind Kumar Pandey has been transferred as ADM( administration) Nainital while the city magistrate Haldwani and CDO municipal corporation Haldwani Krishna Kumar Mishra has been relieved from the post of city magistrate Haldwani. Deputy collector Udham Singh Nagar Pankaj Kumar Upadhyay has been transferred as city magistrate Haldwani while DC Haridwar Anil Garbyal has been transferred as DC Champawat. DC Dheradun Shalini Negi has been transferred as deputy secretary Information Commission Dehradun while in the case of the joint secretary MDDA Meenakshi Patwal, who had been transferred as DC Uttarkashi, the transfer order was cancelled and she was appointed as DC Dehradun.
